About Me

I specialize in sports specific training, exercise rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning.  My approach to training is science and precision based, which guarantees fast and lasting results. I focus on all aspects of health and well-being, which includes nutrition and lifestyle factors to help all clients reach their desired goals.

Both exercise and sports have been an important part of my life, this along with my health education and my time playing varsity sports in college led me to become a Personal Training Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field of health and fitness. I have experience providing one-on-one and group training for a board range of individuals from athletes to seniors. I also have experience in health promotion and public health obtained in a cardiac rehabilitation setting.
